Responsibility
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery, including CNC machines, conveyors, and automated production lines.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system malfunctions using advanced diagnostic tools.
- Develop and implement automation solutions to enhance production efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Conduct regular inspections and calibration of equipment to ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot complex technical issues and propose innovative solutions.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, reports, and documentation for all serviced equipment.
- Train and supervise junior technicians on best practices for machinery upkeep and automation protocols.
- Source and manage spare parts inventory to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial machinery maintenance, preferably in manufacturing or automation sectors.
- Proficient in reading technical schematics, blueprints, and PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems used in industrial equipment.
- Certification in industrial automation, robotics, or predictive maintenance is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and data-driven maintenance strategies.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; ability to communicate technical details clearly.
