As a key member of our engineering team, you will oversee the design, installation, maintenance, and optimization of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), and Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems. Your expertise will ensure the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of our facilities, aligning with international standards and local regulations.

Responsibility
- Design, install, and maintain MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and HVAC systems for commercial, residential, or industrial projects.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability and compliance with safety standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers to integrate MEP/HVAC systems into building designs.
- Develop and implement energy-efficient solutions to reduce operational costs and environmental impact.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, schematics, and specifications for MEP/HVAC installations.
- Ensure all work adheres to local building codes, industry standards, and company policies.
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior engineers and maintenance staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in MEP/HVAC system design, installation, and maintenance.
- Proven expertise in electrical systems, plumbing, mechanical engineering, and civil infrastructure.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or other CAD software for technical drawings.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes and international standards (e.g., ASHRAE, NFPA).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a hands-on approach.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
