Join Norxel Technology Indonesia as an HVAC & Building Maintenance Technician in beautiful Bali! We are seeking a skilled professional to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of air conditioning systems, electrical infrastructure, CCTV, PABX, and other technical facilities across our properties in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

Your expertise in HVAC systems, electrical maintenance, and building automation will be essential in delivering high-quality service while adhering to industry standards and safety protocols.

Responsibility
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems, including split units, VRF, and central air conditioning.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, wiring, and control panels to ensure uninterrupted power supply.
- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV, PABX, and access control systems for security and communication.
- Conduct regular inspections of building infrastructure, identifying potential issues before they escalate.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or system upgrades as needed.
- Maintain accurate logs and reports of all maintenance activities, parts used, and work orders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, local codes, and company policies during all operations.
- Provide emergency support for critical system failures outside of regular working hours when necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in HVAC maintenance, electrical systems, or building facilities management.
- Proven expertise in AC repair, electrical troubleshooting, and CCTV/PABX systems.
- Certification in HVAC, electrical engineering, or a related technical field is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Familiarity with building automation systems (BAS) and energy-efficient practices.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to read technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals.
- Willingness to travel across Bali’s key locations (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) as required.
