Responsibility
- Assist engineers in diagnosing and resolving process-related issues to minimize downtime.
- Execute project tasks as assigned, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and systems.
- Document technical issues, solutions, and follow-up actions for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process optimizations.
- Monitor and report on equipment performance, identifying potential risks or inefficiencies.
- Provide technical support and training to junior staff and team members.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Technician in a manufacturing, industrial, or engineering environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or process systems.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with maintenance management systems and documentation practices.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends or holidays as required.
- Certification in a relevant technical field (e.g., HVAC, PLC, Industrial Automation) is a plus.
