Responsibility
- Lead the assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of semiconductor equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to refine equipment designs and improve manufacturing processes.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
- Analyze equipment performance data and implement improvements to enhance yield, quality, and throughput.
- Train and mentor junior technicians and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and company policies in all production activities.
- Document technical procedures, maintenance logs, and equipment performance reports for future reference.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to drive innovation and operational excellence in semiconductor manufacturing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field (or equivalent technical certification).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor equipment manufacturing, maintenance, or a related high-tech industry.
- Proven expertise in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining complex semiconductor equipment (e.g., PVD, CVD, etch, or lithography systems).
- Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems used in semiconductor manufacturing.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals.
- Hands-on experience with diagnostic tools, oscilloscopes, and precision measurement instruments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to document technical procedures and train team members.
