Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of advanced laser and networking equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair technical issues to ensure minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with engineers to develop and implement improvements to manufacturing processes.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Provide technical support and training to junior technicians and other team members.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Participate in the development and testing of new technologies and products.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a technician in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Strong technical skills and experience with lasers, engineered materials, or networking components.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
