Responsibility
- Oversee the planning, design, and execution of M&E systems for construction projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations and international standards.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless integration of M&E systems into project timelines.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to verify the accuracy and functionality of installed M&E systems.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for M&E components.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams, resolving any M&E-related issues that arise during construction.
- Ensure all M&E installations adhere to safety protocols and environmental sustainability practices.
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet their expectations.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in M&E project engineering, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software for M&E systems.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and international standards (e.g., ASHRAE, NFPA, IEC).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues on-site.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in Bali or Southeast Asia is a plus, but not required.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
