This role is based in Bali, with opportunities to work across multiple locations, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. We offer a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and the chance to work in one of Indonesia’s most desirable locations.
Responsibility
- Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process flow diagrams.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot process issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or other process optimization methodologies.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as yield, cycle time, and defect rates to drive process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines in all manufacturing processes.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including R&D, quality assurance, and supply chain, to support new product introductions and process validations.
- Provide technical support and training to production staff to enhance operational capabilities and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in production or process engineering, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Proven experience with process optimization, Lean manufacturing, or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in process simulation tools, CAD software, or statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, AutoCAD, or similar).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of ISO standards, safety regulations, and environmental compliance in manufacturing.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
