Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians to ensure timely and efficient execution of building maintenance tasks.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of facility assets.
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings, systems, and equipment to identify and address potential issues proactively.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs, renovations, or installations, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Manage maintenance budgets, track expenses, and optimize resource allocation to achieve cost-effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety protocols, and environmental sustainability practices.
- Prepare and present reports on maintenance activities, performance metrics, and improvement recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support facility upgrades, expansions, or new construction projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in building maintenance, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems in commercial or residential buildings.
- Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage teams and resolve issues efficiently.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software (e.g., CMMS) and Microsoft Office tools.
- Familiarity with Indonesian building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
