Responsibility
- Identify and engage potential customers, including contractors, property owners, consultants, and investment boards.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand market reach.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure long-term business partnerships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction, engineering, or investment sectors.
- Strong technical knowledge and the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and other regions as required.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
