Responsibility
- Provide Level 2/3 technical support for Java-based SaaS applications, including API integration and troubleshooting
- Monitor and optimize system performance, identifying and resolving production issues proactively
- Collaborate with development teams to diagnose complex technical problems and implement solutions
- Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and FAQs for internal and external use
- Configure, deploy, and manage application servers and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements
- Assist in onboarding new clients and providing technical training to end-users
- Participate in on-call rotation for 24/7 support coverage during critical incidents
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in technical support for Java-based applications
- Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Framework, REST APIs, and microservices architecture
- Experience with Linux/Unix systems, SQL databases, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or New Relic
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus
