Responsibility
- Lead and manage technical aspects of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with design specifications, regulations, and industry standards.
- Develop and review technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to optimize project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and on-site teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations, implementing best practices to mitigate risks.
- Prepare and present technical reports, progress updates, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, materials, and methodologies in civil engineering to drive efficiency and sustainability in projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in civil engineering or construction, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects, preferably in residential, commercial, or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other engineering software tools.
- Excellent knowledge of construction regulations, building codes, and safety standards in Indonesia.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Professional certification (e.g., P.E. or equivalent) is highly desirable.
