Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for mid-to-senior-level roles across multiple departments, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build a diverse talent pipeline, leveraging LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, job descriptions, and interview frameworks aligned with business goals.
- Enhance employer branding initiatives to position the company as a top destination for global talent.
- Manage candidate relationships, from initial outreach to offer negotiation, with a focus on retention and cultural fit.
- Analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) and provide data-driven insights to optimize hiring processes.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to forecast hiring needs and align talent acquisition with organizational growth.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced, international, or tech-driven environment.
- Proven track record of sourcing and hiring for niche or high-demand roles, with a focus on quality and speed.
- Strong familiarity with ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday) and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search).
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Data-savvy mindset with experience using recruitment analytics to inform strategy.
- Adaptability to thrive in ambiguous, high-growth environments with shifting priorities.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Indonesian) are advantageous.
