Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding for project-based roles.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to project requirements and local labor laws in Indonesia.
- Coordinate employee relations activities, addressing concerns and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Administer payroll and benefits for project-based staff, ensuring compliance with Indonesian regulations.
- Conduct training and development programs to enhance team performance and alignment with project goals.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, including contracts, attendance, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and optimize workforce planning for projects.
- Monitor and report on HR metrics (e.g., turnover, hiring time) to drive data-informed improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR roles, with exposure to recruitment, employee relations, or HR operations.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations (a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a project-based, fast-paced environment.
- Experience in multinational companies or startups is highly advantageous.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus.
