Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
  • Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns, mediating conflicts, and fostering a harmonious workplace.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company values and legal requirements.
  • Coordinate performance management systems, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and development plans.
  • Lead recruitment and onboarding processes, from sourcing candidates to integrating new hires.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations, workplace safety, and data privacy standards.
  • Design and execute employee engagement programs to boost morale and retention.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation using digital tools and databases.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, or employee relations.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees at all levels.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and payroll software.
  • Experience in policy development, compliance audits, and conflict resolution.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
