Responsibility

  • Assist the Recruitment team with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Source potential candidates through job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels.
  • Post and update job advertisements on various platforms to attract qualified applicants.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct initial screenings of resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Assist in organizing and conducting recruitment events, such as job fairs or campus hiring drives.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.
  • Provide support in onboarding processes for new hires, including preparation of offer letters and employment contracts.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data management and administrative tasks.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Previous internship or volunteer experience in HR or recruitment is an advantage but not required.
