As the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. Your expertise will contribute to building a motivated workforce while aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
Based in the vibrant communities of Canggu, Ubud, or surrounding Bali areas, this role is ideal for a proactive HR professional passionate about creating impactful employee experiences in a multicultural environment.
Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding for new hires.
- Administer employee records, contracts, and HR documentation while ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor regulations.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks to maintain a fair and productive work environment.
- Coordinate performance management cycles, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and career development plans.
- Handle employee relations matters, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Organize training programs, workshops, and team-building activities to enhance employee skills and engagement.
- Process payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with finance teams, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, time-to-hire) and prepare reports for management to support data-driven decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in HR generalist roles, preferably in a fast-paced or international work environment.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, employment contracts, and HR compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
