With a competitive salary range of IDR 12M–17M/month, this position includes travel allowances for work-related trips between company outlets in Bali. Your expertise will drive HR best practices, resolve complex employee relations matters, and optimize operational workflows to support business growth in one of Southeast Asia’s most exciting markets.

Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end employee relations cases, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution, ensuring fairness and compliance with local labor laws.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to Bali’s regulatory environment and company culture.
  • Oversee HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee data management, with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with leadership to address workforce planning needs, including recruitment, retention, and succession strategies.
  • Conduct training sessions on HR policies, workplace conduct, and compliance for employees and managers.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement) to identify trends and recommend data-driven improvements.
  • Coordinate inter-office travel and logistics for team members, ensuring seamless operations across Bali locations.
  • Act as a cultural ambassador, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations and operations in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous).
  • Experience with HRIS or payroll systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and negotiation skills in resolving complex workplace issues.
  • Willingness to travel between Bali locations as needed (travel allowance provided).
