Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding procedures to ensure a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
  • Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) and track compliance training completion.
  • Support the development and implementation of people initiatives, including engagement programs and performance management.
  • Assist in HR reporting and analytics to provide insights on workforce trends and metrics.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR administration, recruitment, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, LMS, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Experience supporting international clients (preferably Australian) is a plus.
