Responsibility

  • Design, implement, and oversee comprehensive training and development programs for employees at all levels.
  • Ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements, including safety, legal, and industry-specific certifications.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and develop targeted learning solutions.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align training initiatives with business goals and performance metrics.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and KPIs.
  • Facilitate onboarding programs for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the company culture.
  • Manage training budgets, resources, and vendor relationships for external learning programs.
  • Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends to continuously improve development strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or training-focused role.
  • Proven track record in designing and delivering training programs in a corporate or industrial setting.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance training requirements (e.g., labor laws, safety standards).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, LMS (Learning Management Systems), and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze training data and generate actionable insights for improvement.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian) are a plus.
