Responsibility
- Design, implement, and oversee comprehensive training and development programs for employees at all levels.
- Ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements, including safety, legal, and industry-specific certifications.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and develop targeted learning solutions.
- Collaborate with department heads to align training initiatives with business goals and performance metrics.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and KPIs.
- Facilitate onboarding programs for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the company culture.
- Manage training budgets, resources, and vendor relationships for external learning programs.
- Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends to continuously improve development strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or training-focused role.
- Proven track record in designing and delivering training programs in a corporate or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of compliance training requirements (e.g., labor laws, safety standards).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS, LMS (Learning Management Systems), and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze training data and generate actionable insights for improvement.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian) are a plus.
