Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding for roles across Bali operations.
  • Administer HR policies, procedures, and documentation, ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company standards.
  • Oversee employee records, contracts, and payroll coordination, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, including training programs, performance reviews, and team-building activities.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as office management, vendor coordination, and travel arrangements for staff.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics to support data-driven decision-making for leadership.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and internal communications to enhance collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
  • Proficient in HRIS, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and other administrative tools.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a customer-service mindset and a passion for process improvement.
  • Experience in the electrical, construction, or engineering industry is advantageous but not required.
