Responsibility

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Executive or similar role, with a track record of successful hires.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment data and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance throughout the hiring process.
