Responsibility
- Lead full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring timely and high-quality hires.
- Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract passive and active candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and streamline selection criteria.
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize recruitment workflows and improve hiring efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive employer brand experience.
- Manage employer branding initiatives to enhance Biocon’s reputation as a top employer.
- Coordinate with HR and business leaders to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on senior-level or specialized roles.
- Proven track record of managing high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a contract role with adaptability to changing business needs.
- Familiarity with the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is advantageous.
