Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of recruitment consultants, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure team success.
- Develop and execute strategic talent acquisition plans to meet client hiring needs and business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their hiring requirements and delivering exceptional service.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using various recruitment tools and techniques to identify top talent.
- Negotiate job offers and manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for both clients and candidates.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to provide insights and recommendations for improving recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with company goals and enhance employer branding.
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire, to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role, with a track record of success in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates at all levels.
