Responsibility
- Develop and execute organizational development strategies to improve workforce productivity and alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct needs analyses to identify gaps in skills, processes, or culture, and propose data-driven solutions.
- Design and facilitate training programs, workshops, and leadership development initiatives to upskill employees at all levels.
- Partner with HR and department heads to implement change management frameworks for smooth transitions during restructuring or growth phases.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of OD interventions using KPIs, surveys, and feedback mechanisms.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, including pulse surveys, focus groups, and recognition programs.
- Optimize onboarding and offboarding processes to enhance the employee experience and retention.
- Stay abreast of HR trends, best practices, and industry benchmarks to recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3â5 years of experience in Organizational Development, HR Business Partnering, or a similar role.
- Proven track record in designing and delivering training programs, change management, or talent development initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS, LMS, or data visualization tools (e.g., Workday, SAP, Tableau) is advantageous.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) frameworks, or psychometric assessments is a bonus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
