Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Administer HR policies, procedures, and documentation, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company regulations.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievance management, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Oversee office management tasks, including facility maintenance, vendor coordination, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Manage payroll processing, benefits administration, and other HR-related tasks in collaboration with the finance team.
- Act as a liaison between management and employees, addressing queries and providing HR support.
- Assist in organizing company events, team-building activities, and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or general affairs, preferably in a corporate or multinational environment.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, HR best practices, and office management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing HR and administrative challenges.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required; additional languages are a plus.
