Responsibility
- Lead and manage all HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
- Oversee payroll coordination and ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement in collaboration with finance teams.
- Foster a positive workplace culture by addressing employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and performance management systems.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify talent needs and strategize workforce planning.
- Monitor HR metrics and generate reports to provide insights for data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations, health and safety standards, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
