Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs for IT professionals, including technical and soft skills development.
- Manage the full onboarding cycle for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the company culture and role expectations.
- Conduct regular skills assessments and performance evaluations to identify talent gaps and development opportunities.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to employees, fostering leadership and career growth within the organization.
- Collaborate with department heads to align talent development strategies with business goals and IT project demands.
- Organize and facilitate workshops, webinars, and team-building activities to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using KPIs and feedback mechanisms, making data-driven improvements.
- Maintain up-to-date records of employee development plans and training completion in the HRIS.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR talent development, training, or learning and development, preferably in the IT/tech industry.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs, workshops, or coaching sessions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage employees at all levels.
- Familiarity with HRIS and learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a bonus.
