Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of a global knowledge enablement strategy to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify knowledge gaps and develop solutions that align with corporate objectives.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of a centralized knowledge repository, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and security of critical information.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in knowledge management, including training and change management initiatives for global teams.
- Monitor and analyze knowledge-sharing metrics to measure impact and identify areas for improvement.
- Partner with IT and digital teams to integrate knowledge management tools and platforms into existing workflows.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing through workshops, webinars, and community-building activities.
- Stay abreast of industry trends in knowledge management and recommend innovative solutions to enhance corporate operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Human Resources, or a related field; Masterâs degree or MBA is a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in knowledge management, corporate operations, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing knowledge management systems in a global corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of knowledge management tools, such as SharePoint, Confluence, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Experience with change management and driving adoption of new processes or technologies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
