Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various roles.
- Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create detailed job descriptions.
- Leverage social media, job boards, and networking to source passive and active candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit and qualifications.
- Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs and proactively engage with potential hires.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) to optimize processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR roles.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.
- Proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HR software.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and Boolean search techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a proactive mindset.
