Responsibility
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a recruitment sales team, setting performance targets and fostering a culture of accountability and success.
- Client Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their hiring needs and delivering tailored talent solutions.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, pitch services to potential clients, and expand the companyâs market presence in Bali and beyond.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize advanced recruitment techniques, including headhunting, networking, and database searches, to identify and attract top-tier candidates.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee the end-to-end hiring process, from job posting and candidate screening to interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to provide data-driven insights to clients.
- Performance Metrics: Track and report on KPIs such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and client satisfaction to ensure continuous improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including HR and marketing, to align recruitment strategies with business goals.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years in talent acquisition, recruitment consulting, or a similar role, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of recruitment best practices, labor laws, and market dynamics in Indonesia or Southeast Asia.
- Sales Acumen: Strong business development and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Tech-Savvy: Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), CRM tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment software.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically, adapt to challenges, and provide innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Networking: Established professional network in Bali or the broader Indonesian market is highly advantageous.
- Education: Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
