Responsibility
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, salary benchmarks, and selection criteria.
- Manage employer branding initiatives to enhance Diamas Starâs reputation as a top employer in Bali.
- Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools to streamline hiring workflows.
- Organize and participate in job fairs, career events, and campus recruitment to expand talent pipelines.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) to optimize processes.
- Support employee development programs, including training, mentorship, and career pathing.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR generalist roles.
- Proven track record of successful candidate sourcing and hiring in competitive markets.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ATS software, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
