Responsibility
- Design and implement performance management systems to enhance employee productivity and engagement.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
- Develop and execute talent development programs to upskill employees and support career growth.
- Oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Manage HR policies, procedures, and compliance with local labor laws.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Foster strong relationships with employees to enhance retention and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
