Responsibility
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding procedures to ensure a smooth transition.
- Coordinate and administer HR policies, procedures, and programs to maintain compliance with labor laws.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.

Qualifications
