As the HR Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive workplace culture, implementing strategic HR initiatives, and driving organizational growth. Based in one of Baliâs vibrant locationsâCanggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badungâyou will collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives. Responsibility
- Lead and mentor the HR team, ensuring high performance, professional development, and alignment with company goals.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance programs in accordance with local labor laws.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management to foster a positive work environment.
- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and career development plans.
- Collaborate with management to forecast staffing needs and develop workforce planning strategies.
- Ensure accurate and timely HR reporting, including payroll, benefits administration, and HR metrics.
- Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing insights on HR trends and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Proven expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance within Indonesia.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
