Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end business analysis for Temenos T24 implementations, including requirements gathering, gap analysis, and solution design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, operations, and business units) to define and document functional specifications.
- Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, script development, and defect resolution.
- Optimize core banking processes by identifying inefficiencies and proposing T24-based improvements.
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment on project deliverables.
- Develop and maintain process workflows, data models, and system configurations in T24.
- Provide training and support to end-users on T24 modules and best practices.
- Monitor post-implementation performance and recommend enhancements to maximize system ROI.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, IT, or related fields; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years specializing in Temenos T24.
- Proven track record in requirements elicitation, UAT leadership, and stakeholder management within banking/financial services.
- Deep understanding of core banking operations (e.g., loans, deposits, payments, trade finance).
- Strong proficiency in T24 modules (e.g., AA, LD, FT, CM) and SQL for data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Certification in Temenos T24 (e.g., T24 R18/20) is highly advantageous.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with JIRA or similar tools.
