Responsibility
- Analyze, design, and optimize business processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop, document, and implement standardized operating procedures (SOPs) across departments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify pain points and propose data-driven solutions.
- Lead system integration projects to ensure seamless workflows and data consistency.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing systems and procedures, recommending improvements as needed.
- Train and support team members on new processes and system functionalities.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in business process management and system analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in system analysis, business process improvement, or a similar role.
- Proven expertise in developing and implementing SOPs and process documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience with system integration, workflow automation, or ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
