Responsibility
- Analyze, design, and implement IT systems to support business operations and project deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Provide operational support for existing systems, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and performance optimization.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including workflows, user manuals, and technical guides.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency.
- Assist in the deployment, testing, and rollout of new systems or upgrades.
- Monitor system performance and security, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Train end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst or in a similar IT support role (Senior role requires 5+ years).
- Strong knowledge of system analysis, database management, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Proficiency in SQL, ERP systems, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and cybersecurity best practices.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali (relocation support provided).
