Responsibility
- Design, implement, and maintain Active Directory (AD) and Hybrid Identity environments.
- Manage and troubleshoot enterprise-level AD infrastructure, including domain controllers, group policies, and DNS.
- Ensure the security and integrity of identity and access management systems.
- Collaborate with global IT teams to support infrastructure operations and resolve complex technical issues.
- Automate routine tasks using scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python.
- Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to enhance efficiency.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in system administration and identity management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems administration, with a focus on Active Directory and Hybrid Identity.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, AD DS, Azure AD, and identity management.
- Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
