Responsibility
- Lead and manage the end-to-end product delivery lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Develop and implement delivery strategies, processes, and best practices to optimize project execution and minimize risks.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and proactively address issues to ensure smooth delivery.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders on project status, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Drive post-go-live support and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in delivery management, project management, or a similar role within the IT or technology sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, CSM) is highly desirable.
