Responsibility
- Lead and manage the operational analytics team to deliver high-quality insights and reports.
- Develop and implement analytics strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
- Design and maintain dashboards and data visualization tools to support decision-making.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous validation and quality control processes.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in operational analytics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in operational analytics, data management, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights clearly.
