Responsibility

  • Manage and maintain the Club’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations, to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
  • Provide end-user support for hardware, software, and network-related issues, resolving technical problems efficiently.
  • Oversee the POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring smooth transactions, data integrity, and integration with other business systems.
  • Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures, including firewalls, antivirus software, and access controls, to protect the Club’s data and systems.
  • Conduct regular system audits and security checks to identify vulnerabilities and recommend proactive solutions.
  • Collaborate with vendors and service providers to procure, deploy, and maintain IT equipment and software licenses.
  • Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) are a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role, preferably in a service-oriented environment.
  • Strong knowledge of networking principles, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN configurations.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues for end-users and business systems.
  • Experience with POS systems, database management, and data backup/recovery procedures.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices, including threat detection, incident response, and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
