Responsibility
- Lead IT asset management, including procurement, tracking, and lifecycle management.
- Oversee IT operations, ensuring system reliability and performance.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for hardware/software deployments.
- Develop and maintain IT asset inventories and documentation.
- Support project initiatives, including system upgrades and migrations.
- Monitor compliance with IT policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT-related issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize IT resource allocation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support or asset management.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and asset management tools.
- Experience with healthcare IT systems is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Certifications in IT asset management (e.g., CITAM) are advantageous.
