Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily telecommunication site activities to ensure timely and efficient completion of fiber optic construction projects.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with safety regulations, technical specifications, and company policies.
- Liaise with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to resolve operational challenges and optimize resource allocation.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies to senior management.
- Ensure proper documentation of all site activities, including permits, work orders, and as-built drawings.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to fiber optic cable installation, splicing, and testing.
- Foster strong relationships with local authorities, communities, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in telecom infrastructure, fiber optic network deployment, or site management.
- Proven track record of managing construction projects, preferably in the telecommunications sector.
- Strong knowledge of fiber optic cable installation, splicing, and testing (OTDR, fusion splicing, etc.).
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and industry standards (e.g., ITU, ANSI).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site in Badung and surrounding areas (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local dialects are a plus.
