We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Management Office (PMO) Analyst to support the implementation of our SAP S/4HANA project, replacing our legacy insurance core system in a phased approach. This is a 1-year contract opportunity based in Bali, Indonesia, offering the flexibility to work remotely from stunning locations like Canggu, Ubud, or Kuta.
As a key member of our Organization-Level Critical Projects team, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution, adherence to timelines, and alignment with business objectives. Responsibility
- Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of the SAP S/4HANA implementation project, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
- Assist in developing and maintaining project documentation, including charters, schedules, risk registers, and status reports.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, Operations) to gather requirements, track progress, and resolve project-related issues.
- Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure on-time and on-budget completion.
- Facilitate stakeholder communications, including preparing presentations, dashboards, and updates for senior management.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating critical issues to the PMO Lead or Project Manager as needed.
- Support process improvement initiatives by analyzing project data and recommending optimizations for future phases.
- Ensure compliance with project governance frameworks and organizational standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, or business analysis, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello), and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Analytical Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and propose actionable insights.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Organizational Skills: Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications (Preferred): PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus.
- Remote Work Readiness: Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
