Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic supply chain plans to optimize inventory levels, reduce lead times, and improve order fulfillment rates.
- Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including procurement, warehousing, transportation, and distribution, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.
- Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to negotiate contracts, improve service levels, and resolve supply chain bottlenecks.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, cost savings, and inventory turnover to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead cross-functional projects to enhance supply chain efficiency, including the adoption of new technologies, automation, and process reengineering.
- Ensure adherence to food safety, quality control, and import/export regulations for all supply chain activities.
- Manage risk assessment and contingency planning to mitigate disruptions in the supply chain, such as delays, shortages, or geopolitical factors.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role.
- Proven track record of managing complex supply chain operations, preferably in the food import, FMCG, or manufacturing industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, ERP systems, BI tools) and supply chain software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to build and maintain strong supplier and client relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of import/export regulations, customs procedures, and international trade compliance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is an advantage.
