Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory management, reduce waste, and improve cost efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional teams to streamline supply chain processes, from procurement to last-mile delivery.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, delivery timelines, and inventory turnover to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Leverage data analytics and AI-driven tools to forecast demand, manage stock levels, and mitigate supply chain risks.
- Ensure health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards are upheld in all warehouse and logistics activities.
- Mentor and train junior staff to build a high-performing logistics team.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse and logistics operations, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
- Proven track record of optimizing supply chain processes and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (e.g., WMS, ERP) and logistics software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with AI and automation tools in supply chain management is a plus.
- Certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, or Six Sigma are highly desirable.
