Responsibility
- Lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies to reduce costs and improve supplier performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (manufacturing, engineering, finance) to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data analytics and KPIs to enhance efficiency and reduce lead times.
- Manage vendor and supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with quality standards and contractual agreements.
- Oversee global logistics and distribution, ensuring timely delivery of materials and finished products.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks through proactive planning and contingency strategies.
- Support new product introductions (NPI) by coordinating supply chain readiness and scalability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management, preferably in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing.
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing, procurement, and vendor management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence cross-functional teams.
- Certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, or Six Sigma are a plus.
- Experience in global supply chain operations and international logistics regulations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with a problem-solving mindset.
