Responsibility
- Lead the analysis and optimization of Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline procurement, invoice processing, and payment workflows.
- Develop and implement KPIs and metrics to monitor PTP performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct spend analysis and vendor performance evaluations to drive cost-saving initiatives.
- Automate manual processes using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and other supply chain tools.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOX, and local/regional regulations in all PTP activities.
- Resolve complex invoice discrepancies and payment issues with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making in supply chain management.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or PTP roles, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Proven track record in process improvement, automation, and cost reduction initiatives.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with SOX compliance and audit requirements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with minimal supervision.
