Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for MRO and indirect materials to support Advanced Packaging operations.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality compliance.
- Manage supplier relationships, performance evaluations, and risk assessments to mitigate supply chain disruptions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast demand, optimize inventory levels, and reduce lead times.
- Implement procurement best practices, including sustainability and ethical sourcing initiatives.
- Analyze market trends and supplier capabilities to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and global procurement standards.
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve procurement processes and systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing or electronics.
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Certification in procurement (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
